What you bring to the role:

  • A Bachelor's of Master's degree in or related to design, UX, UI, graphic design, human computer interaction, or other related disciplines and 3+ years of UX/UI product design experience. B2B SaaS experience preferred - at a minimum must be able to work in a highly complex domain.
  • Proven ability to translate business and user problems into understandable solutions.
  • Demonstrated understanding of user-centered design skills, trends, and disciplines as well as high attention to detail.
  • Expert knowledge of design tools like Figma and ability to work across multiple levels of fidelity.
  • Experience working with Agile and/or Lean UX environments.
  • Well-rounded presentation skills and verbal and written communication
  • Portfolio that demonstrates high quality design work with examples of producing clarity from ambiguity.
  • Comfort with complexity, and the ability to prioritize and make trade-offs that balance user needs, design quality, and business realities.
