Design Spaces That Inspire 

Signature Flooring is seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Hospitality Custom Designer to join our innovative design team. This role offers the opportunity to create distinctive custom flooring solutions for hotels, resorts, casinos, senior living communities, and other hospitality environments. 


What You Will Do 

  • Create custom flooring designs for hospitality and commercial interior projects. 
  • Translate design briefs and client vision into production-ready artwork. 
  • Lead projects from concept through final approval. 
  • Collaborate with sales, customers, designers, and manufacturing teams. 
  • Research hospitality, interior design, color, and fashion trends. 
  • Present concepts and recommendations to customers. 
  • Mentor junior designers and contribute to creative leadership. 
  • Manage multiple projects while maintaining exceptional quality. 


Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Interior Design, or related field. 
  • 5+ years of hospitality, flooring, textile, or commercial design experience. 
  • Strong portfolio showcasing hospitality or custom design work. 
  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CAD, Texcelle, etc.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and project management skills.
