Help Improve the Quality of Data That Powers an Industry
At NCCI, you'll do more than analyze data. You'll help ensure the accuracy and integrity of information used by nearly 1,000 insurance companies across the country. We're looking for a Senior Data Analyst to join our team, where you'll solve complex data challenges, improve business processes, and help shape solutions that support critical products and services.
This is an opportunity for a curious, analytical professional who enjoys uncovering root causes, collaborating across teams, and driving meaningful improvements that make a measurable impact. In this role, you will contribute to project delivery, governance activities, portfolio management processes, and system development initiatives that support strategic business objectives.
WORK LOCATION:
This position will work in a flexible-hybrid environment. The selected candidate must live locally within a commutable distance to our Boca Raton, FL headquarters.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Lead the analysis and resolution of complex data quality and system issues impacting multiple data sources, customers, and business processes
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned systems and data domains, partnering with customers, business stakeholders, project teams, and technical resources to deliver effective solutions
  • Support system development, enhancements, and strategic initiatives by gathering requirements, developing and executing test plans, validating results, and monitoring post-production performance
  • Participate in project planning, governance, and portfolio management activities, including prioritization, risk identification, status reporting, and alignment of initiatives with organizational goals
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the delivery of technology and business process improvement projects from concept through implementation
  • Drive process improvement efforts that enhance data quality, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience
  • Maintain key process documentation, provide quality review of team deliverables, and support colleagues in resolving complex issues

WHAT IT TAKES:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 3+ years experience in data analysis, business analysis, insurance, financial services, or a related analytical environment
  • Strong experience investigating data issues, identifying root causes, and leveraging databases, reporting tools, and business systems to develop solutions
  • Proficiency with SQL or other query tools, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office applications
  • Experience writing business requirements, developing process documentation, and supporting system testing through test plans, scripts, and validation activities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, lead meetings, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and work independently on complex assignments
  • Experience driving process improvements and contributing to cross-functional projects and business initiatives
