Minimum Requirements: * 7+ years of demonstrating advanced technical expertise in a related role. * Extensive experience in complex network environments, including mastery of SD-WAN, cloud and on-premises firewalls, network access control, wireless environments, and multi-cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP). * Cloud Infrastructure Proficiency: Deep understanding of cloud-native infrastructure, including expertise in virtual networks, security groups, and identity management services. * Comprehensive Networking Skills: Advanced knowledge of the OSI model, routing, switching, and security concepts (RADIUS, 802.1X). Demonstrated experience with infrastructure solutions from leading providers (Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto). * Operational Excellence: Operational mastery of cloud environments, network and routing protocols, Windows Server, Azure Active Directory, and Software Defined Networking. * Leadership and Strategic Planning: Proven leadership abilities, with a track record of leading technical teams and projects. Experience in Agile and Scrum methodologies, with strong project management skills. * Security and Compliance Expertise: In-depth knowledge of security standards (STIGs), vulnerability management, and implementing vendor best practices. Education and Certification Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems Management, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. * Advanced certifications such as GCP, Azure, AWS Cloud certifications; CISSP; advanced Cisco certifications (CCNP, CCIE). Clearance: * U.S. Citizenship. * Ability to obtain Public Trust. Active Public Trust is preferred. FEMA Public Trust is highly preferred.
