Role: SDET- DevOps Platform Engineer/Test

Must be within 60 miles of Columbus, OH or Plano, TX.  Will go into the office 3-4 times per month

Platform Automation Engineer is a role that focuses on supporting efforts to enhance test automation, develop robust testing frameworks, and ensure the quality and performance of platform systems. Engineers in this role engage in coding, testing, and code reviews, contributing

to the improvement of applications and processes for scalability and efficiency. This position involves collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality solutions and providing guidance to junior engineers in adopting automation practices.

Job Description

  • 2+ years of work experience in a related field such as Software Engineering, DevSecOps, or Quality Engineering.

  • Develop and maintain tools for performance, load, and stress testing, ensuring alignment with real-world use cases. Work with infrastructure teams to configure scalable testing environments. - (10%)
  • Demonstrate proficiency in at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python) and contribute to automated testing frameworks. Support platform quality engineering in financial technology and cloud environments. - (10%)

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related area.
