Junior Rust Software Engineer (Onsite)

Client: Confidential Startup Client (through NextGen Coding Company)

Location: Hicksville, NY

Schedule: 40 hours/week, Monday–Friday

Work Arrangement: Primarily onsite. Hybrid or remote may be considered after demonstrated performance.


Employment Type: Full-Time (Contract-to-Hire Potential)

Compensation

Performance-based compensation with structured growth:

  • Month 1 (Trial): $3,000/month
  • Month 2: $5,000/month
  • Month 3: $6,000/month
  • Month 4 and beyond: $7,000/month

Compensation increases are based on performance, technical ability, reliability, and contribution to the team.
