Job Description
  • 8+ years of professional front-end development experience with a strong focus on React.js.
  • Core Technologies: Expert knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and React.js ecosystem (Hooks, Lifecycle methods, Context API).State Management: Expertise in state management libraries such as Redux, Zustand, or MobX.
  • Build Tools: Proficiency with modern build tools and bundlers, including Webpack, Vite, or Babel.
  • Version Control: Strong experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps principles.'
  • Architecture & Development: Design and develop complex, modular, and reusable React components and front-end architectures.
  • Performance Optimization: Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring fast, responsive, and accessible applications.
  • Collaboration: Work with UI/UX designers, backend engineers (RESTful APIs/GraphQL), and product managers to define requirements.
  • Code Quality: Enforce coding standards through code reviews, unit testing (Jest, React Testing Library), and documentation.'
  • Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers 

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is:$100000 to $130000

The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
