Job description

Curious what it takes to trade options for a living? All Options internship program drops you into the middle of it. Over this 10-week internship, you will train alongside our traders and researchers, compete in mock trading, and take on real project work in quantitative trading and research. You'll rotate through trading and research functions, gaining a comprehensive view of how a proprietary trading firm operates. You will also be paired with a mentor to help guide you on your day-to-day while tackling live problems facing our desks. Fast-paced, challenging, and unlike any internship you've seen.
What You'll Do:
  • Complete classroom-based training in options theory, market microstructure, and quantitative decision-making
  • Sit on a live trading desk and support your mentor in real, day-to-day trading activities
  • Learn to price options on listed financial instruments and understand trading strategies under the guidance of experienced traders
  • Observe daily trading positions and understand how they are optimized
  • Partner with traders and researchers on projects that will impact the business
  • Support the improvement of pricing models using statistical and quantitative techniques
  • Provide data-driven insights to trading and research teams

Who You Are:
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's program in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Graduating between December 2027 and June 2028, junior grade-level or higher
  • Open to full-time opportunities upon graduation
  • A strong interest in financial markets and (options) trading
  • Exceptional numerical, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in or eagerness to learn Python
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Excellent verbal and written English skills
  • Available for an internship starting in June 2027
