Position: QA Automation Engineer

Location: Dearborn, MI (Onsite)

Duration - Fulltime 

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in Functional Testing to join our dynamic team in Dearborn, MI. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in quality assurance and automation testing, with a proven track record of delivering high quality software products. This role requires a detail oriented individual who can work collaboratively with cross functional teams to ensure the highest standards of quality are met.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional testing of applications.
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
  • Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and areas for improvement.
  • Perform manual testing as needed to complement automated testing efforts.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document test cases, test results, and defects in a clear and concise manner.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and provide guidance on best practices in automation and functional testing.
