Our Opportunity

As a junior data consultant you will help make data-driven decisions by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data. Work with clients to understand their business needs and goals, and use data analysis techniques to identify trends and patterns that can inform decision-making and strategy. Our most successful consultants quickly gain additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

As someone who will help build our U.S. office, we need a consultant who's naturally curious, independent, team-oriented, and eager to learn. We'll give you the tools and training to be successful, and you'll come armed with the following:

  • Undergraduate degree with strong academic performance
  • 1-2 years of full-time work experience, ideally in one or more of the following areas: consulting, data/analytics, marketing, advertising, finance, or tech.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to represent Artefact in a client-facing capacity
  • Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse team members; strong intercultural communication skills are a must
  • Advanced familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Interest in digital, data and the tech economy as a whole
  • Strong teaching orientation; demonstrated ability to mentor more junior members of the team
  • Knowledge of strategy consulting and/or digital marketing (within a start-up, agency, etc.) is highly desirable, but not required

Why Join Artefact?

  • Client trust is won on the field: Addressing client needs flows better hands on at their side.
