Senior Frontend Developer (AI Tech Enablement)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a visionary Senior UI Developer to join our Technology Enablement team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between world-class user interface design and cutting-edge Artificial Intelligence. You will be responsible for building high-quality, responsive web applications while leading the integration of AI/ML capabilities—specifically through expert prompt engineering and agentic workflows—to enhance internal operations and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
AI-Driven UI Development: Design and implement sophisticated user interface components for AI-enabled applications using frameworks like React.js or Angular.
Prompt & Context Engineering: Design, test, and optimize complex prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure reliable, high-quality, and contextually aware outputs.
AI Enablement: Transform theoretical AI/ML concepts into practical, value-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and "future-proof" the technology stack.
Agentic Orchestration: Develop and maintain AI workflows, including multi-agent systems and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, to solve complex business problems.
Technical Leadership: Mentor junior developers in AI best practices and modern front-end architectures (e.g., Micro Frontends, CI/CD).
Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and AI Researchers to align user needs with evolving AI behaviors.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 5+ years in front-end development with a strong focus on React.js or similar modern frameworks.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
AI Mastery: Proven hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude), LangChain, and prompt engineering techniques.
Technical Stack:
Languages: Expert-level JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and Python.
UI/UX: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SASS, and design tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
AI Tools: Familiarity with Agent Orchestration, Autogen, Semantic Query, and MCP (Model Context Protocol) tools.
Cloud Infrastructure: Experience developing and deploying applications on Microsoft Azure or similar cloud platforms.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
