Duties: Develop and maintain FMC's precision agriculture software by designing, implementing, triaging, and profiling the performance to optimize functionality and user experience. Design and develop React Native based Mobile Application, integrating it with a REST backend to deliver precision agriculture insights and retail features for FMC customers. Develop and maintain the ReactJS-based Web Application to enable efficient visualization and interaction with large datasets in web browsers. Design and develop the Angular-based Admin web app. Design and develop the backend for the platform using Python Django framework. Mentor team members on technical skills, helping resolve technical challenges and blockers. Collaborate with the DevOps team to implement CI/CD pipelines for mobile and web applications. Work with internal teams and stakeholders to align on project requirements and integration. Engineer innovative ideas and develop proof-of-concept prototypes to demonstrate potential use cases. Participate in architecting and design updates to the platform. Write and maintain clear, comprehensive documentation for developed APIs and modules.

Requirements: Requires Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or related field of study, and 7 years of experience in any job title/occupation/position involving designing and developing software applications. Experience specified must include 2 years of experience with each of the following: web based development; CI/CD processes; mobile application development and maintenance; Python; JavaScript and React; system architecture and design; and leading software projects and mentoring junior developers. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days a week.
