Job description

About the role:  

Become part of the software team developing sophisticated enterprise solutions for audiology distribution chains.

Tech stack we use: Net Core , Azure cloud, Azure devops, AKS, Azure SQl, Datafactory, Service bus.

We wildly use variety of AI tools from Antropic/Open AI

What will you do:  
  • Managing and optimizing continuous integration (CI) and continuous delivery (CD) processes 

  • Managing release process & its automation 

  • Supporting and monitoring development environments and configurations in Microsoft Azure cloud 

  • Consult internal & external customers on technical aspects of installation, sizing, scaling; CI/CD etc. 

What you bring: 

You have 2-3 years of commercial experience with: 

  • Configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Microsoft based production systems 

  • Microsoft Azure Cloud: 
    - ARM templates/Terraform writing, setup automation for resources provisioning (Azure PowerShell) 
    - Azure services (Azure App Service, nice to have Azure Kubernetes, Azure SQL, Azure Storage Account) 
    - Understanding of load balancers, DNS, virtual networks and firewalls in cloud environment 
    - Setup monitoring (performance metrics, OMS) 

  • Azure Active Directory basics (Azure AD authentication, Users and groups, Roles) 

  • Monitoring enterprise solutions in Azure Cloud 

Nice-to-haves: 

  • Understanding the setting up CI/CD for .NET projects by managing, developing, and building CI/CD pipeline 

  • Hands-on use of AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or OpenAI Codex for everyday tasks: writing and refactoring scripts, generating IaC (Terraform/ARM/Bicep), drafting pipeline definitions, and troubleshooting. 

  • Basic understanding of how LLMs fit into engineering workflows, including the Model Context Protocol (MCP) - the open standard for connecting AI assistants to tools, data sources, and internal systems. 

  • Awareness of the limitations and risks of AI-generated code and configuration, with good judgment about when and how to review it before it reaches production. 

Key traits: 

  • Good communication skills to be able to collaborate with Customer Care team across different locations for delivering high-end software solutions to the customers 

  • Able to find solutions to complex issues, “outside the box thinking” 

  • Always focused on updating your own and your team\'s knowledge with the latest and greatest tools 

  • Good spoken and written English 

  • B.Sc. degree in Computer Science, or similar.
