Jr. Plant Project Manager - Location Grand Prairie The role of the Project Manager is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to scope, timeline and budget. This includes directing or advising internal/external resources in a matrixed organization and coordinating the efforts of team members to ensure the timely delivery of projects.
You will make an impact by:
  • Overseeing detailed engineering, manufacturing, factory customer acceptance testing, and delivery in a fast-paced engineer to order environment.
  • Order content review, engineering approval process (submittal, on-board approval, and return), certified order planning.
  • Proactively lead changes in project scope to improve success and minimize risk to the customer and the company.
  • Order content manager, delivery date management, final ship, and location/call ahead function.
  • Project Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) Readiness review process, planner, and process execution owner.
  • Maintain the relationships across support Project Manager Peers as well as internal partners.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is strongly desired, although Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field will also be considered
  • Minimum of 2 years in the Manufacturing industry in an engineering role
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project).
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Manufacturing Scheduling
