Job Title: Front Desk Coordinator / Junior Processor
Location: Indian Shores, FL
Job Type: Full-Time / Office-Based
Position Overview
We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator / Junior Processor to join our team at our Indian Shores office. This role is the face and voice of our title company, serving as the first point of contact for clients, realtors, and lenders. The ideal candidate will blend exceptional customer service with a foundational understanding of the title and escrow process, assisting with light file processing to ensure smooth real estate closings.
Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk & Client Relations: Greet clients, realtors, and lenders warmly upon arrival; answer incoming phone calls, route inquiries to the appropriate team members, and manage the general office inbox.
  • Administrative Support: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, overnight packages (FedEx/UPS), and distribute documents. Maintain a clean, welcoming, and stocked reception and closing room area.
  • Light Title Processing: Assist the processing team with foundational tasks, which may include:
    • Opening new files and ordering title searches/lien searches.
    • Requesting payoff statements and homeowner association (HOA) estoppels.
    • Entering data into title software accurately.
  • Closing Support: Assist in scheduling closings, scanning closed packages, and handling post-closing disbursements or shipping as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: Previous experience working within a Title Company or real estate law firm is highly preferred.
  • Skills: Strong multitasking abilities, excellent verbal and written communication, and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with standard office software (MS Office, Google Workspace). Experience with title production software (e.g., Qualia, SoftPro, RamQuest) is a major plus.
  • Attitude: A welcoming, proactive, and dependable team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
