Job description

Power Platform & Copilot Studio Analyst - Information Technology

About the Role

We are looking for a Power Platform & Copilot Studio Analyst to join our Information Technology team in Atlanta, GA. This is a full-time, in-person position.
This role will lead administration, governance, and optimization of Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Studio environments. The position partners closely with business and IT teams to ensure scalable platform architecture, strong governance, and efficient solution delivery across the organization. This is the person who makes it safe for the rest of the company to build, by keeping the platform compliant, cost-controlled, and well-governed as agent development scales.

Key Responsibilities

Platform Administration & Lifecycle

  • Administer Power Platform environments (Development, Test, Production) and Copilot Studio environments through Power Platform Admin Center
  • Own environment strategy including provisioning, environment groups, Managed Environments, and organizational standards
  • Manage application lifecycle (ALM), including solution deployment, versioning, and releases via pipelines or Azure DevOps
  • Monitor platform health, performance, and capacity and proactively resolve issues

Security & Governance

  • Configure and manage Dataverse security roles, permissions, and access controls
  • Establish and enforce governance standards including DLP policies and responsible AI guardrails
  • Manage Copilot capacity, cost controls, and usage tracking
  • Maintain audit visibility into agents, data usage, and behavior
  • Leverage governance tooling to scale oversight across environments

Integration & Data Management

  • Manage connectors, APIs, and integrations across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, and external systems
  • Maintain data integrity across Dataverse and connected platforms

Light Build Support & Enablement

  • Support Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot agents as needed
  • Document standards, configurations, and best practices
  • Guide and support citizen developers on compliant platform usage
Qualifications

Required:

  • 3+ years administering Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
  • 1+ year hands-on experience with Copilot Studio
  • Strong experience with environment management and ALM
  • Experience with Dataverse security, DLP policies, and governance
  • Experience with integrations across Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, APIs, and connectors
  • Ability to troubleshoot platform-level issues

Preferred:

  • Experience with Managed Environments, environment groups, and governance at scale
  • Familiarity with Copilot capacity management and cost controls
  • Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools
  • Relevant Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)
  • Basic knowledge of Azure services
