Job description

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Consultant to contribute to implementation, enhancement, and Application Management Services (AMS) activities across Oracle Fusion Supply Chain applications. The ideal candidate must possess robust functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM processes, with mandatory expertise in Oracle Inventory, Purchasing, and Supplier Contracts modules. Familiarity with additional SCM modules will be considered advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Configure and support Oracle Fusion SCM applications.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to design and enhance Supply Chain business processes.
  • Support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Inventory Management processes.
  • Participate in solution design, configuration, testing, user training, deployment, and post-go-live support.
  • Prepare functional specifications and work with technical teams for integrations, reports, and customizations.
  • Perform impact analysis, defect resolution, and production support.
  • Support quarterly Oracle Cloud updates and regression testing.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Finance, Manufacturing, Order Management, and Integration teams.
  • Provide functional guidance and recommend Oracle best practices.

Required Skills:
  • 8 years of Oracle SCM Functional consulting experience.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM.
  • Strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion Inventory Management (Mandatory).
  • Strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion Purchasing (Mandatory).
  • Strong functional experience in Oracle Fusion Supplier Contracts (Mandatory).
  • Experience in at least one or more additional Oracle Fusion SCM modules such as Product Information Management (PIM), Procurement, Self Service Procurement, Cost Management, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, Supplier Portal.
  • Good understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain business processes.
  • Experience with requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and production support.
  • Knowledge of approval workflows and BPM.
  • Experience working with OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI.
  • Basic understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and integrations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations and AMS support.
  • Exposure to Redwood UI.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications are a plus.
