  • Experience with test set-ups, basic PCB/PCBA fault finding and hardware debug is a plus. Must be able to understand test methodologies and be able to execute a full optics qualification plan as written by the reliability engineer.
  • Must be able to quickly learn environmental stress testing methods. Understand shock and vibration parameters, ESD testing methods and optical parameters for pass/fail evaluation of optical components and sub-assemblies.
  • Must have the background to quickly learn basic technical knowledge on optoelectronics and mechanical components and CM assembly processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with a-cross-functional team.
  • Good communication and presentation skills.
  • Project/Program management skills, particularly, must show initiative and willingness to learn new concepts.
  • Problem solving skills - must be capable of analyzing weakly defined situations, ultimately defining the issues and developing long and short term solutions.
