Your role:

We are seeking a full-stack engineer to join our fast-evolving Automated Marketing engineering team. This person will work closely with marketing and product teams to deliver value to the business quickly through the development of internal tools and pipelines ranging from early prototypes to fully-supported products. This role focuses on the full stack, including data engineering, data pipelining, backend development in Python, and front-end development in React. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a world-class team on AI/ML-driven solutions to complex marketing problems.

What you'll do:
  • Data Products: Centralize new sources of data to our analytical space for use in data science, machine learning, and both your and other software engineering teams through the creation and enhancement of data products.

  • Full-Stack Development: Create backend and frontend for existing and new projects and products in Python and React focused on marketing automation and enablement.

  • Integrate and Extend AI/ML: Incorporate and extend AI and machine learning tools for use in internal tools focused on marketing automation and enablement.

Who you are:
  • Experienced: You have at least 3 years of software engineering experience. An ideal candidate will have exposure to marketing teams, experience with Python and React, experience with data pipelining (e.g., ETL), and experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks.

  • Biased to Action & Impact: You have a strong focus on the customer with a bias to action to deliver value quickly.

  • Lifelong Learner: You have a passion for learning and yearn for feedback, valuing the opportunity for daily growth.

  • Mission-Driven: You are a music fan motivated by the fact that your work directly impacts an artist's ability to grow their career and get paid.

$115,000 - $165,000 a year
Compensation: This position offers a base salary of $115,000 - $165,000 CAD. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for a performance based annual bonus.
