Create visually impactful, on-brand assets that support marketing initiatives across consumer, HCP, and payer audiences.
Your work will span across print, infographics, digital ads, social media, website layouts, email, packaging, event materials, PowerPoint templates and internal communications.
Help evolve and maintain the Omnipod and Insulet brand design systems.
Ensure consistency, attention to detail, clarity, and creativity across all global and regional marketing efforts.
Work closely with marketing, strategy, digital, and corporate communications teams to bring ideas to life.
Partner with internal and external creatives to deliver high-quality, insight-driven work.
Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers and freelancers.
Share your knowledge, elevate the work, and contribute to a culture of creativity and continuous improvement.
Bring fresh thinking and a mobile-first mindset to every project.
Stay current on design trends, AI tools, and technologies to keep our creative edge sharp.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through execution.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel work
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and familiarity with PowerPoint, Figma or similar tools
  • Strong graphic design thinking and ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals
  • Experience designing for both digital (website layouts) and print, including social
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles and digital design systems
  • Passionate about static design, infographics, PPT, and design balance
