About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Mortgage Loan Processor to manage loan files from submission to final approval. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, can juggle multiple files with ease, and is passionate about providing top-notch service to both clients and colleagues.


What You'll Do

  • Manage and process mortgage loan files from initial submission through underwriting and closing
  • Ensure documentation complies with company, investor, and regulatory standards (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, FHA, VA)
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with borrowers, loan officers, underwriters, and third parties
  • Gather, review, and verify documentation needed to support the loan process
  • Track deadlines and ensure all documentation is submitted in a timely and compliant manner
  • Monitor files in LOS (Loan Origination System) and ensure up-to-date records


What You Bring

  • 2+ years of recent mortgage loan processing experience
  • Solid knowledge of conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan guidelines
  • Familiarity with Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and general lending platforms
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) strongly preferred


Compensation & Bonus Structure

We offer a competitive compensation package designed to reward performance and experience:

  • Base Salary: $23.00-$29.00/ hour (based on experience)
  • Per-File Bonus: $150-$250 per closed loan (based on experience)
