You'll work in a collaborative, fast-paced office where you'll partner with customers, lenders, and an experienced internal team to keep financing transactions moving from start to finish.

Equipment Finance Analyst’s Duties:
  • Review financing applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Process loan files and client information to prepare transactions for lender approval.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between customers, lenders, and the internal sales team throughout the financing process.
  • Build and maintain accurate client records while providing timely, professional communication by phone and email.
  • Analyze credit-related information and help identify financing solutions that best meet each client's needs.
 
Schedule: 8:00am-4:00pm, Monday – Friday
*This is a fully in office position located in Kirkland 
 
Equipment Finance Analyst’s Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (recent graduates are encouraged to apply) or 1+ years of experience in loan processing, commercial lending, banking, or equipment finance. 
  • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and CRM systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Self-motivated, customer-focused, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
 
Pay: $85-100k Base Salary
