We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Loan Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will work closely with our sales and loan officers to prospect clients at networking events, evaluate real estate deals, and support the loan underwriting process. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist sales and loan officers in identifying potential clients at networking events, industry conferences, and other relevant gatherings.
  • Gather and maintain a database of potential leads and contacts.
  • Support the development and execution of client outreach strategies.

Financial Analysis:

  • Conduct financial analysis and run proforma models to evaluate potential real estate deals.
  • Analyze financial statements, rent rolls, and other relevant documents to assess the viability of projects.
  • Prepare preliminary loan sizing and cash flow projections.

Loan Underwriting Support:

  • Assist in the preparation of loan packages and presentations for credit committee review.
  • Gather and organize due diligence materials, including property appraisals, environmental reports, and borrower financials.
  • Support the underwriting team in conducting market research and analysis.

Data Management and Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all deals in the pipeline.

Qualifications:
