Job Summary:
Damco Solutions is looking for a Senior ServiceNow FSO Developer to implement the ServiceNow FSO module. The role involves designing and developing customized ServiceNow solutions, automating operations tasks, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance operational performance in financial services.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, test, and deploy customized ServiceNow solutions tailored to ITSM and FSO environments.
• Transform business requirements into scalable digital workflows that improve operational performance.
• Develop and maintain UI policies, client scripts, script includes, and business rules to enhance user interaction and enforce data integrity.
• Leverage Flow Designer and legacy Workflow modules to automate complex processes, reduce manual load, and drive process excellence.
• Build robust integrations connecting ServiceNow with external applications via REST API and scripted REST APIs, ensuring seamless data interchange with ERP, CRM, CMDB, and other enterprise systems.
• Configure custom Workspaces that aggregate insights through performance analytics and streamlined dashboards.
• Implement and optimize financial services operations modules, including dispute and case management functionalities, to support compliance and risk management.
• Customize dashboards and analytic reports to provide financial operations with real-time performance monitoring and actionable insights.
• Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to capture requirements and deliver tailored solutions that align with ITIL best practices as well as industry-specific financial workflows.
• Document changes, adhere to coding standards, and mentor junior team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Hands-on implementation experience of ServiceNow FSO module
• Experience of ITSM, ITOM, and other ServiceNow module experience
• Experience automating operations tasks and processes across the front, middle, and back offices
• Embedded risk and compliance controls into workflows
• 8–10 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience, with a strong emphasis on ITSM modules and Financial Services Operations
• Demonstrable track record of developing end-to-end ITSM solutions including incident, problem, change, and service request management workflows
• Expertise in JavaScript and experience executing both server-side and client-side scripting within ServiceNow (UI policies, client scripts, script includes, business rules)
• In-depth proficiency with Flow Designer, legacy Workflow modules, REST API development, and scripted REST APIs
• Proven experience in designing and managing ServiceNow Workspaces and creating performance analytics dashboards
• Exceptional troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong aptitude for collaborative, agile environments
• Ability to work autonomously and lead projects from concept through implementation
Preferred:
• ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, or Implementation Specialist are highly desirable
