Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer with 10+ years of software development experience and strong hands-on expertise in Pega PRPC / Pega Platform. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, deploying, and supporting enterprise-scale Pega applications.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Case Management, BPM, Pega Rules, SAIL/UI, Data Modeling, REST/SOAP integrations, decisioning, performance optimization, and production support. The role also requires the ability to work with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and offshore/onshore development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable enterprise applications using Pega PRPC / Pega Platform.
  • Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into effective Pega solutions.
  • Develop complex Case Types, Workflows, Stages, Processes, Activities, Data Transforms, Decision Tables, and Business Rules.
  • Configure and maintain Pega applications following Pega guardrails and best practices.
  • Develop responsive user interfaces using Pega UI/SAIL, Sections, Harnesses, Views, Portals, and Constellation.
  • Design and implement Case Management and Business Process Management (BPM) solutions.
  • Develop integrations using REST, SOAP, APIs, Connectors, Services, MQ, and external databases.
  • Work with Data Pages, Data Types, Data Models, Report Definitions, and database integrations.
  • Develop and optimize SQL queries and work with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL.
  • Perform application performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting.
  • Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Pega development standards.
  • Manage application deployments across DEV, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
  • Provide production support, root-cause analysis, and resolution of application issues.
  • Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level Pega developers and provide technical guidance.
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical design discussions.
  • Contribute to architecture and solution design decisions for complex Pega implementations.
