Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement AI agents, copilots, and workflow automation solutions.
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, repeatable AI-driven tools using structured prompts, workflows, and validation steps.
  • Test, validate, and refine AI solutions based on user feedback to ensure quality, usability, and performance.
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize reliability and scalability of deployed solutions.
  • Follow AI governance standards, including documentation, validation, and reusability practices.
  • Support rollout and adoption of AI solutions through user guidance, training, and enablement materials.
  • Maintain tracking of AI initiatives and coordinate with cross-functional teams to scale solutions.


Requirements

Essential Skills and Experience:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in technology, automation, analytics, or application support (or equivalent academic/project experience).
  • Strong interest in AI, automation, and emerging enterprise technologies.
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured solutions and documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Power Automate, SharePoint, or Microsoft 365 tools.
