Job description

Trilagen is seeking a Senior Consultant - Identity Governance with deep expertise in SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead the design and delivery of modern identity governance solutions, helping enterprise clients strengthen security, improve compliance, and streamline identity operations.

You will act as a trusted advisor, combining hands-on technical expertise (Java and Python) with strategic consulting capabilities to assess client environments, architect scalable solutions, and implement best-in-class identity governance frameworks. This role requires both strong engineering depth and the ability to translate complex identity challenges into business-aligned outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions for enterprise clients
  • Architect and develop custom integrations, workflows, and automation using Java and Python
  • Conduct in-depth assessments of identity governance maturity, processes, and controls
  • Translate business and compliance requirements into scalable identity governance solutions
  • Develop and present strategic roadmaps and recommendations to executive stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (security, cloud, application owners) to implement best practices
  • Drive automation and efficiency improvements across identity lifecycle management and access governance
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal capability development
  • Stay current on identity security trends, SailPoint innovations, and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of consulting experience in Identity Governance and Administration (IGA)
  • Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) (required)
  • Proven experience building and customizing solutions using Java and Python (required)
  • Experience with identity lifecycle management, access certifications, RBAC/ABAC, and provisioning
  • Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and integration patterns
  • Strong understanding of security frameworks and compliance (SOX, ISO, NIST, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in client-facing consulting engagements
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with other IAM tools (Okta, Entra, etc.)
  • SailPoint certifications (especially ISC-related)
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS)
  • Exposure to AI tools such as Claude and OpenAI
  • Background in enterprise-scale identity transformations
