Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Full Stack Java Developer with 4-6 years of experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, Kafka, and database technologies, along with experience in application monitoring, troubleshooting, and modern software development practices.
The role involves developing scalable and high-performing applications, building robust APIs, implementing event-driven architectures, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications using Java 11+ and Angular 11+.
  • Build and support Microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.
  • Develop high-performance applications utilizing multithreading and concurrency concepts.
  • Design and implement event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka.
  • Develop and optimize database solutions using MongoDB, SQL, and PL/SQL.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and analyze applications using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana).
  • Participate in application architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and other stakeholders.
  • Support production deployments, incident resolution, and post-release monitoring.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipeline implementation and automation initiatives.
  • Work within Agile/Scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of hands-on experience in software development.
  • Strong development experience with Java 11+.
  • Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices Architecture.
  • Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
  • Strong understanding of Multithreading, Concurrency, and Performance Optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven systems.
  • Experience with MongoDB, SQL, and PL/SQL.

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 65000 - 75000
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
