Job description

About ESTECO
ESTECO was founded in 1999 and is a pioneer in numerical optimization solutions, specialized in research and development of multidisciplinary design optimization software technology.
Advanced simulation has become a standard resource for product development in today's business world. With the continuous demand for cost savings and shorter time to market, only the most sophisticated tools allow companies to stay competitive. In an increasingly complex design process, it is essential for engineers and R&D teams to adopt a multidisciplinary design approach, incorporating large numbers of variables, objectives, and iterations to obtain a full understanding of the overall design space and system performance.
ESTECO aims to decrease the tedium in engineering analysis and increase creativity by developing cutting-edge software that allows for simulation process integration, collaboration, optimization, machine learning and advanced data analysis.
Summary / Job description
ESTECO North America is seeking a highly skilled and customer-oriented Senior Solutions Engineer to support our enterprise digital engineering and simulation process and data management software platform. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across microservices, APIs, cloud resources and Java based applications.
  • Collaborate with internal product and engineering teams to escalate and track customer issues and feature requests.
Deliver product walkthroughs, solution architecture consultations, and documentation tailored to customer use cases.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining support playbooks, solution guides, and architecture diagrams.
  • Stay updated on AWS services, certifications, and trends relevant to enterprise software delivery
  • A working knowledge of Microsoft Azure & GCP services and environment fundamentals is also preferred

  • Basic familiarity with Microsoft Azure, GCP cloud concepts and services is a plus.
  • 5-7 years in a customer-facing technical role in enterprise software
  • Experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Proficient in AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, and networking/VPC configurations
  • Skilled in designing and managing persistent storage for Kubernetes workloads using cloud-native block and file storage solutions (e.g., EBS, EFS, CSI drivers), enabling scalable, high-throughput data pipelines in distributed microservice architectures.
  • Solid scripting or coding skills in Python, Bash, Terraform/Cloud Formation or similar technologies for automation and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Java application debugging and performance analysis is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Perks and benefits :
