About the role


The team at Laivly is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Principal Software Developer with deep experience in agentic AI systems to join our innovative team. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering cutting-edge AI-powered solutions, including LLM-driven browser-use agents, workflow orchestration pipelines, and tool-using AI systems. You will mentor and inspire a team of talented engineers while pushing the boundaries of what AI can do in real-world customer service environments. You bring expertise across multiple programming languages, including Node.js, .NET, Python, and hands-on experience in building AI agents that can plan, reason, and interact with tools, APIs and browser environments.
