IronMountain Solutions (IMS) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced MPC Developer Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support operations in the Norfolk, Virginia area. The MPC Developer SME will provide equipment expertise and technical guidance in support of the development of organizational-level Maintenance Procedure Cards (MPCs) and associated provisioning requirements.
Job Responsibilities:
Develop organizational-level Maintenance Procedure Cards (MPCs) in support of Patrol Boat Product Line equipment and maintenance requirements.
Apply equipment expertise and technical knowledge to support the development of accurate and effective Maintenance Procedure Cards.
Provide technical guidance throughout the development of organizational-level maintenance procedures and associated documentation.
Provide provisioning support in conjunction with Maintenance Procedure Card development.
Identify parts and material requirements associated with organizational-level Maintenance Procedure Cards.
Develop supporting logistics and provisioning documentation required for MPC development and associated parts requirements.
Prepare Item Entry Proposals (IEPs) to support the establishment of required parts within the SFLC wholesale inventory.
Prepare Supply Item Change Records (SICRs) to support required changes to supply items and associated parts requirements.
Ensure supporting provisioning documentation appropriately identifies the parts requirements necessary to support the applicable Maintenance Procedure Cards.
Perform job duties in a professional office and operational environment. Responsibilities may require occasional standing, walking, sitting, and use of tools or controls. Employees must be capable of performing routine physical activities such as reaching, climbing stairs, and effectively communicating with personnel at all organizational levels. The role may also require occasionally lifting or moving office materials weighing up to 25 pounds.
