This Opportunity:
We are looking for a client-focused civil engineering project manager interested in joining our talented and growing team! This is an opportunity to manage and deliver complex land development projects for key clients and play a role in the rapid expansion of our presence in the Piedmont Triad area of North Carolina.
  • This opportunity is open to candidates residing in the Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point areas of North Carolina
  • Develop, coordinate, and direct land development projects for a variety of clients
  • Maintain close relationships with clients throughout development of projects and after completion
  • Prepare project approaches, scopes and fees required to complete projects
  • Present proposals to clients, interviewing for projects, and selecting project teams
  • Determine major project design decisions in conjunction with client

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or other related engineering field of study
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer in the state of North Carolina
  • Experienced with design, construction and management of land development and/or municipal projects
  • Demonstrated experience in client management; ability to lead and mentor staff

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Minimum of ten (10) years previous experience
  • Previous experience managing land development projects
  • Previous experience managing a staff and serving as a technical mentor for junior level staff
  • Current affiliation and/or membership with local, state or national Civil Engineering societies and associations
