Job description

Ever watched a kid build their first program, 3D art, or game and just... get it? That moment is why we do this.

iCode San Ramon is a high-energy STEAM campus where kids ages 6 - 18 come to create, code, and innovate. We're looking for an instructor who brings the same excitement to teaching that our students bring to learning.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Teaching hands-on camps and after-school sessions across coding, game development, Minecraft, Roblox, 3D printing, digital art, and AI
  • Turning "I didn't know I could make this" into "I built this myself" - to a classroom of up to 8 students
  • Coaching students through creative challenges, critical thinking, and real problem-solving
  • Keeping the energy high, the environment safe, and the learning unstoppable
  • Connecting with parents to share progress and wins

You're the Right Fit If You Are...

  • A natural communicator who can command a room and keep every student locked in
  • Energetic, patient, and dependable - your students always know you show up for them
  • A confidence builder who makes learning feel like an adventure
  • A team player who thrives when the energy is high and the schedule is packed

What You Bring

  • Comfort with one or more of our program areas - coding, Scratch, game design, Roblox, Minecraft, 3D modeling, digital art, or AI tools
  • Experience working with kids or teens in any capacity - coaching, tutoring, camp counseling
  • A creative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for technology that doesn't need a script

Perks

  • $18–$21/hr depending on experience
  • Employee discount, referral bonus, and flexible scheduling
  • Be part of building something brand new in San Ramon from the ground up

Ready to inspire the next generation of innovators? We'd love to meet you.
