Job Description
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will partner directly with some of the world's largest technology companies and mission-critical clients to deliver complex, high-impact projects. In this role, you won't just contribute to the work-you'll help lead it.
You will serve as a mechanical engineer on projects, taking ownership of design efforts, performing detailed calculations, developing technical reports, and preparing construction documents that bring systems to life. You will also play a key role in leading project efforts, coordinating across disciplines, and helping ensure projects are delivered on time and at a high level of quality.
Experience in the Data Center industry is preferred, especially in environments where reliability and precision are critical. Alongside your technical contributions, you'll help mentor and support junior engineers and team members, sharing your expertise and strengthening overall team performance. You'll collaborate closely with other Olsson teams, professional and technical staff, and clients-playing a key role in delivering solutions that support large-scale, high-demand infrastructure.
Qualifications
You are passionate about:
  • Working collaboratively with others.
  • Having ownership in the work you do.
  • Using your talents to positively affect communities.

You bring to the team:
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with clients and teams
  • Project management or project leadership experience (preferred)
  • Ability to contribute as both a self-starter and a team player
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
  • Revit experience required
  • 15+ years of mechanical engineering experience
  • Licensed Professional Engineer (PE)

#LI-DD1
