Job description

All successful candidates are required to join our team and work at our Langford/Victoria office location.

Plexxis does not offer remote work opportunities.
Salary Range:
$62,500 - $85,000
Purpose:

The successful individual will analyze customer business requirements & processes and verify necessary modifications. They will collaborate with internal and external departments to successfully migrate, validate and analyze Client data.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Data Entry and Validation
  • Formatting, Importing and Analyzing data
  • Assist with Internal Automation
  • Work collaboratively with designers, programmers, internal and external customers.
  • Analyze business requirements and opportunities to create optimal value throughout all Plexxis solutions
  • Design, develop, test, optimize and implement programs within Oracle Forms/Reports including user interfaces, external application & data source integration and printed outputs/reports
  • Analyze available information, applying experience and systems knowledge to maintain, analyze, diagnose, identify and implement solutions to meet or exceed customer requirements
  • Investigate, analyze and document reported defects
  • Interact with Internal customers, providing training, support
  • Trouble-shoot issues prior, during and post implementation
  • Be proactive in recognizing and efficiently resolving issues
  • Assist in writing and correcting key payroll and job costing reports
  • Collaborate closely with Internal Customers and Plexxis developers in creating and delivering solutions
