Seeking Junior Accountant for Healthcare Financial ComapnyLocated in Brooklyn, NY Salary $60K to $80K Per Year; Based On ExperiencePosition duties & Responsibilities:
  • Daily cash balance reporting and monthly bank reconciliations.

  • Cash transfers and funding accounts.

  • Maintain budgets and foresee cash flow.

  • Familiarity with financial statements and basic accounting.

  • Organizational Skills.

  • Demonstrable experience of Excel proficiency, including the use of VLOOKUP and SUMIF formulas and pivot tables

Qualifications:
  • Accounting experience preferably in a healthcare, nursing home, or long-term care setting.

  • Experience with accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.

  • Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks & capable of learning of new software

  • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including the use of VLOOKUP and SUMIF formulas and pivot tables

  • Strong computer and communication skills
