About the Role: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack consultant to join our dynamic engineering team. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of high-quality, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. You will mentor junior developers, guide technical decisions, and ensure the successful delivery of projects while navigating cross-team collaborations and codebase integrations.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex web applications using modern technologies.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical leadership, architecture guidance, and support.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain robust and scalable backend systems and APIs, ensuring integration with Azure cloud platforms.
  • Navigate multiple codebases to implement solutions efficiently as part of inner-source methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain clean, well-documented, and maintainable code.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
  • Stay up to date on the latest technologies and industry trends to drive innovation in the development process.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity.
  • Drive innovation by exploring and adopting new technologies to improve our products and services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in .NET Core.
  • Deep understanding of microservice architecture, and how to build systems that are data intensive.
  • Familiarity with the SAGA architecture pattern
  • Experience using web service calls (REST, gRPC…)
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies, including , Servlet, JSP and JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS 
  • Experience with any Frontend libraries and frameworks like React js or Angular
  • Experience with relational databases like MS SQL Server and NoSQL databases like Cosmos database.
  • Proficiency with Azure cloud platforms and tools, with additional experience in APIs and system integration.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and mentorship skills with a focus on fostering independent thinking and technical growth.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, including navigating and contributing to multiple codebases efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with microservices architecture and API design.
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools, including CI/CD pipelines in Azure.
  • Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and behavior-driven development (BDD).
  • Contributions to open-source projects.
  • Familiarity with "inner sourcing" practices, enabling effective collaboration across team boundaries.
