We are looking for a talented Full-Stack Mobile Developer to join our team in San Diego, CA and help drive our technical vision forward.

  • Important Note: This is a full-time, on-site with benefits role in San Diego,CA. We are only considering local candidates at this time. Relocation assistance is not available.

Competitive Salary Range: $90,000-$130,000 per year DOE

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Full-Stack .NET Developer with a strong mobile development background to join our Development team in San Diego. You will take end-to-end ownership of our customer-facing SaaS application and the backend systems that power it and working across mobile, APIs, web, data integrations, and authentication. Our mobile app is built on .NET MAUI, and while hands-on MAUI, Xamarin or comparable framework experience is strongly preferred, we are open to training the right full-stack .NET developer who brings strong mobile fundamentals and a willingness to grow. If you are a versatile .NET engineer who thrives across the full stack and is eager to go deep on mobile, we want to hear from you.

Duties and Responsibilities

Mobile Application Development (.NET MAUI)

• Design, develop, and enhance our customer-facing cross-platform mobile app

• Implement intuitive, responsive UI/UX consistent with iOS and Android standards

• Identify and resolve bugs to maintain a high-quality user experience

• Manage application upgrades and keep the development environment current

• Ensure compliance with Google Play Store and Apple App Store policies

• Own the mobile app release cycle including build management and store submissions

Back-End & Web Development

• Build and maintain scalable web application components using ASP.Net, MVC, C#, and VB.Net

• Develop and maintain Queues, Loaders, and SSIS Loaders supporting API and data workflows

• Build and maintain Reports and Dashboards across various application modules

• Contribute to database design, query optimization, and data management

API Development & Client Integration

• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot our public-facing RESTful APIs

• Work directly with clients to resolve API integration issues

• Document API changes and maintain clear integration guides for external partners

Authentication & SSO

• Implement and enhance SSO flows and authentication integrations

• Troubleshoot SSO-related issues reported by clients and end users

• Maintain secure, standards-compliant authentication across mobile and web

Cloud, DevOps & Team Collaboration

• Leverage Azure cloud services for hosting, storage, and backend infrastructure

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and uphold DevOps best practices

• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence

• Stay current with .NET ecosystem updates and mobile platform changes

• As other duties assigned.


The Ideal Candidate

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field from an accredited college or university

• Equivalent combination of education and hands-on professional experience will be considered in lieu of a formal degree

• Relevant Microsoft or Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Developer Associate, Microsoft Certified: .NET Developer) is a plus


Work Experience:

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software development experience

• 3+ years of mobile application development using .NET MAUI, Xamarin, or a comparable cross-platform mobile framework

• 3+ years of back-end development using ASP .Net, MVC, and/or C#

• Proven experience developing and supporting public-facing RESTful APIs

• Experience with SSO implementation and identity provider integrations

• Experience with SSIS, data loaders, queues, and reporting/dashboard development

• Experience with Azure cloud services and CI/CD pipeline management

• Breadth across the .NET stack beyond mobile, web, data, and integrations


Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Technical Knowledge

• Deep knowledge of the Microsoft .NET ecosystem: C#, ASP. NET, MVC, and .NET MAUI Xamarin or comparable framework

• Strong understanding of OOP principles, design patterns, and software architecture

• Knowledge of RESTful API design, versioning, and best practices

• Familiarity with SSO protocols such as OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, and SAML

• Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and iOS/Android platform guidelines

• Knowledge of secure coding practices, scalable architecture, and performance optimization

• Familiarity with SQL Server, database design, and data pipeline management

• Understanding of CI/CD workflows, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum methodologies

Technical Skills

• Cross-platform mobile development proficiency in .NET MAUI, Xamarin, or comparable framework

• Full-stack web development using ASP.Net, MVC, and C#

• Developing, consuming, and troubleshooting RESTful APIs and third-party integrations

• Azure cloud services including hosting, storage, and authentication

• Version control with Git and CI/CD tooling (Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions)

• SSIS loaders, queues, data pipelines, and reporting dashboards

• Visual Studio and the broader Microsoft development toolchain
