Performs complex computer systems analysis and hands-on full-stack application development work for the CTO organization supporting enterprise modernization and AI innovation initiatives. Work involves coding, testing, implementing, integrating, enhancing, and maintaining modern web applications, reusable components, APIs, databases, cloud-ready services, AI-enabled application features, and agent-based capabilities. Serves as a hands-on full-stack developer responsible for building secure, accessible, reliable, and maintainable digital solutions that support legacy application modernization, business process automation, integration with enterprise systems, and responsible use of approved AI capabilities. Contributes to the development and support of AI-enabled and agent-based application capabilities, including chat-based interfaces, workflow agents, tool/API-calling features, retrieval-augmented generation patterns, prompt-enabled application features, and integrations with approved AI platforms.
