Position Overview/Key Responsibilities: We are seeking a passionate Senior DevOps Engineer to support a new Space Force project, helping to grow development for an information connectivity network for warfighters around the globe. This is an exciting Modernization initiative where the Space Force is embracing modern software development practices and using them to solve challenging missions & provide various capabilities for the Space Force. This includes a modern technology stack, rapid prototyping and culture of innovation. Candidates must be passionate, energized and excited to work on modern architectures and solve challenging problems for our clients. Required Qualifications:
• BS or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems or equivalent technical degree
• Background with tools like Keycloak, GitLab, and/or ArgoCD
• Experience in building, planning, automating, etc., in a DevOps/DevSecOps environment.
• Experience with Kubernetes and other Cloud Native toolsets to support DevOps lifecycle
• Experience with integration and automation of software building and testing environments
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience with tools like Terraform and Jenkins
• Security+ Certification Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with BigBang or related DevSecOps environments
