Senior Full Stack Engineer - Agentic AI - Perm - Atlanta, GA/Hybrid - $150,000 -$180,000
The final salary or hourly wage, as applicable, paid to each candidate/applicant for this position is ultimately dependent on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, the candidate's/applicant's qualifications, skills, and level of experience as well as the geographical location of the position.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship not available.
Our client is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer - Agentic AI in Atlanta, GA/Hybrid
Role Description
Join a growing engineering team building a production AI platform that is transforming how commercial real estate reviews are performed. You'll help design and develop intelligent AI agents, advanced workflows, and scalable cloud applications that solve real business problems and are already delivering value to customers.
This is not a prompt engineering role. We're seeking engineers who have personally built and deployed agentic AI solutions in production environments.
Design, build, and enhance agentic AI applications and workflows.
Develop AI agents and AI-powered product features using modern LLM frameworks and orchestration tools.
Build scalable backend services using Python and AWS.
Develop frontend functionality using Angular and React.
Work across the full stack, from user experience to cloud infrastructure.
Leverage AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, and Cursor as part of your daily workflow.
Partner closely with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver innovative AI capabilities.
Contribute to a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement.
Skills & Requirements
7+ years of full stack software engineering experience.
Strong Python development experience.
Hands-on AWS experience building and deploying cloud-native applications.
Frontend experience with Angular and/or React.
Demonstrated hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying agentic AI applications in production environments.
Experience building AI agents, multi-agent systems, or agentic workflows using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar technologies.
Ability to clearly articulate personal ownership of AI solutions, including agent architecture, orchestration, memory, tool usage, and deployment decisions.
Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, agent orchestration frameworks, vector databases, embeddings, RAG architectures, or similar AI technologies.
Experience integrating LLMs and AI infrastructure into production applications.
Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, performance, testing, and CI/CD practices.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
You can clearly explain what you personally designed, built, and owned.
You have shipped AI-powered products into production, not just prototypes or proof-of-concepts.
You combine deep technical expertise with a practical, business-focused mindset.
You are collaborative, humble, and team-oriented.
You value ownership, accountability, and continuous learning.
Candidates must have hands-on experience building agentic AI solutions.
Experience limited to prompt engineering, chatbots, or basic LLM integrations alone is unlikely to be sufficient for this role.
Technical interviews will focus heavily on your direct experience building agentic AI solutions.
Candidates should be prepared to discuss architecture decisions, implementation details, agent orchestration patterns, and the AI workflows they have personally designed and deployed.
Build real-world AI products with immediate business impact.
Work directly alongside AI architects, product leaders, and senior engineers.
Join a small, highly visible team where your contributions matter.
Help shape the future direction of a rapidly growing AI platform.
Enjoy a flexible, collaborative environment focused on innovation and execution.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a senior engineer who wants to move beyond traditional software development and help build the next generation of production AI systems.
Benefits/Other Compensation
3 Weeks PTO, 13 Company-Paid Holidays, Paid Parental Leave, Flexible Hybrid Work Environment, Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, Life & Disability Insurance, 401(k) Plan, Benefits begin the first of the month after 30 days of employment
