The Bank of New York Mellon seeks Vice President, Full-Stack Engineer in Lake Mary, FL, to lead the design and development of full-stack applications by utilizing industry best practices and cutting-edge technologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features that enhance user experience and system performance. Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Ensure high quality and performant code through comprehensive testing and debugging processes. Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to the strategic direction of BNY's technology solutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate new technologies to advance BNY's engineering capabilities. Telecommuting permitted up to 1 (one) day per week.
REQUIREMENTS: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field. Requires five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a closely related occupation. Requires five (5) years of experience in each of the following: PL/SQL, T-SQL; AI/ML Model integration (NLP and SpaCy); Java, Python, Node Js, and VTL; AWS Cloud Migration; Actimize PlugIn Development; Ansible, GitLab, Splunk, or Artifactory; Unix Shell Scripting; Autosys, Tidal, or Control-M; and Postman or Swagger. Requires four (4) years of experience in each of the following: Actimize SAM Solution Development; ActOne/RCM Customizations; AIS Programming; PostgreSQL; Anti Money Laundering Model Validations and Tuning. Requires three (3) years of experience in each of the following: Actimize Watch and Interactive Learning Implementation; and Actimize Visual Analytics Development (AVA).

BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary/range for this position is expected to be $166,500.00 - $178,000.00 per year at the commencement of employment. Base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will, and the Company reserves the right to modify the base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
