Job Summary:
Paul Logistics is seeking a Full-Stack Developer to join our team at our Tulsa headquarters. This role will support the design, development, and maintenance of internal applications and tools that power our logistics and brokerage operations.
Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain internal web applications used by operations and leadership
• Build both front-end interfaces and back-end services for internal tools
• Assist in designing and implementing automation for business processes
• Work with databases to store, retrieve, and analyze operational data
• Integrate internal systems with APIs and third-party services
• Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing applications and internal tools
• Collaborate with IT leadership and operational teams to translate business needs into software solutions
Qualifications:
Required:
• Graduate of a software development program or relevant degree
• Ability to learn quickly and solve real-world business problems
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work with non-technical teams
• Self-starter who enjoys building tools that make operations more efficient
Preferred:
