Description
Administer Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, and related productivity and collaboration platforms. Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot SharePoint Online sites, libraries, lists, permissions, metadata, content types, and site architecture. Develop and maintain SharePoint governance standards, including site provisioning, ownership, lifecycle management, naming conventions, retention, and access reviews. Manage Microsoft Teams administration, including team and channel configuration, guest access, meeting policies, calling features, collaboration settings, and governance controls. Support OneDrive for Business administration, synchronization issues, sharing controls, storage management, and user adoption. Administer Exchange Online settings, mail flow, shared mailboxes, distribution groups, retention policies, and user mailbox support. Implement and maintain Microsoft Entra ID user, group, role, license, and access management processes. Support identity and access management controls, including conditional access, multi-factor authentication, privileged access, and least-privilege administration. Configure and monitor Microsoft Purview capabilities such as retention, data loss prevention, sensitivity labels, audit logs, eDiscovery support, and compliance-related reporting. Partner with Information Security, Legal, Compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure Microsoft 365 services align with regulatory, audit, and data protection requirements. Provide advanced support for Microsoft 365 incidents, service issues, access requests, collaboration challenges, and content management concerns. Serve as an escalation point for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint issues, providing technical guidance and resolving complex user and platform problems. Monitor Microsoft 365 service health, usage trends, storage, license consumption, security alerts, and adoption metrics. Maintain knowledge of Microsoft 365 roadmap changes, SharePoint Online capabilities, Microsoft security best practices, and emerging collaboration technologies. Evaluate new Microsoft 365 features and recommend configuration, governance, or adoption improvements that support business objectives. Automate recurring Microsoft 365 administration tasks using PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power Automate, and approved enterprise tools. Build and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, standard operating procedures, knowledge articles, and configuration records for Microsoft 365 services. Support Microsoft 365 reporting and analytics to track platform health, adoption, compliance, risk, and service performance.
