Senior Full Stack Java Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Java Developer with 11+ years of progressive experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise across the Java technology stack, front-end frameworks, cloud platforms, and microservices architecture, along with a proven ability to lead technical teams and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and modern front-end frameworks
  • Architect and implement microservices-based solutions with RESTful APIs
  • Collaborate with product owners, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and drive best practices across the development lifecycle
  • Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance and career development support
  • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
  • Work closely with DevOps teams to support CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues across the stack
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and frameworks to improve development efficiency
