We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack .NET Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a creative innovator with strong communication skills and a dedication to agile development practices. As a top contributor to our agile teams, you will deliver high-quality solutions and demonstrate real-world experience with industry-standard and emerging technologies. Additionally, you will serve as a Trusted Advisor to our internal clients, offering expert guidance and fostering dependable relationships.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design and develop robust solutions using the Microsoft .NET Development Stack.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze business processes and translate them into clear and efficient solutions.
  • Maintain and enhance existing Microsoft .NET applications to meet evolving business needs.
  • Provide guidance and support to less experienced team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Stay up to date with the latest updates to the development stack.
  • Be a participant and a leader in making decisions for enhancing or improving the development stack as part of our culture of continuous improvement.
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and secure, adhering to best practices and company standards.
  • Report progress and assess continuous improvement opportunities for the Product Team.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED

  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience developing solutions with the Microsoft .NET development stack.
  • Experience with the following frontend development stack: Razor Pages, MVC, Angular, Material Design, and jQuery.
  • Experience with the following backend development stack: Microsoft .NET 8/9, Entity Framework, MediatR, FastEndPoints, Azure SQL Server, Azure App Services, Microsoft Graph, Docker, and Dev Containers.
  • Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, continuous integration pipelines, and infrastructure as code (bicep).
  • Experience with message-driven development stacks such as NServiceBus, Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ, or equivalent is preferred but not required.
