Job Summary:
Arbor Realty Trust is seeking a full-stack software engineer to become a key member of their development team, responsible for designing, developing, and supporting solutions aligned with the company's corporate strategy. The role involves working within a SCRUM team to deliver technology initiatives and ensuring that solution designs meet enterprise architecture standards.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Serve as a member of a SCRUM team in order to provide consistent and measured delivery of technology initiatives.
โ€ข Design, develop, implement, and support innovative solutions in alignment with Arborโ€™s technology roadmap and corporate objectives.
โ€ข Translate requirements into innovative solution designs.
โ€ข Work with other team members to ensure that solution designs, models, and implementation plans are in alignment with enterprise architectures and other applicable standards.
โ€ข Develop and maintain relationships with Arbor business and technology stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline.
โ€ข 3+ years of professional software development implementing mobile-friendly web-applications utilizing technologies such as Angular, C#, SQL Server
โ€ข Possess full-stack development capabilities - proven ability working on UI, middle-tier, and back-end sections of an application
โ€ข Strength in building rich web user experiences utilizing modern web technologies such as Angular, Bootstrap, HTML5, and JQuery.
โ€ข Experience building mobile-first user interfaces (responsive design)
โ€ข Experience with the Microsoft development stack (C# (.NET), SQL Server)
โ€ข In-depth knowledge of OOP techniques and design patterns
โ€ข Strong with data structures and collections
โ€ข Experience building and consuming REST/SOAP APIs via JSON and/or XML.
โ€ข Demonstrated willingness and ability to learn new technologies.
โ€ข Experience working in an Agile/Scrum team
โ€ข Proven ability to build and utilize reusable software components in order to minimize code redundancy
โ€ข Proficient in utilizing source code management tools such as Git/Bitbucket.
โ€ข Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and business partners in both written and verbal forms.
โ€ข Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships within the team and across the organization.
