Position: .NET Software Developer 
Location: Jackson, MI (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from office)

    The Senior Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications and systems.
    This role requires advanced technical expertise in programming languages and development tools to create solutions that meet user needs and business objectives.
    The Senior Software Engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams, including other engineers, designers, and product managers, to ensure the software is functional, scalable, and reliable.
    Additionally, this role plays a key leadership role in mentoring junior and mid-level engineers while driving technical direction and architectural decisions.

 Required Skills:
    Extensive .NET 5.0+ experience: 4+ years
    Extensive frontend experience (Angular or React/Next): 4+ years
    Prior experience upskilling other team members
    Cloud-first development and troubleshooting
    Ability to quickly learn, implement, and teach new tools, techniques, languages, and processes
    Able to talk with stakeholders and customers alike
    Ability to maintain end-to-end solutions, address production bugs, and ensure overall system reliability
