This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of interactive AI-powered experiences by building next-generation agent capabilities.
You will work on innovative frontend solutions that transform passive digital content into engaging, personalized, and interactive experiences.
As part of a product-focused engineering team, you will contribute to complex applications used by thousands of organizations worldwide.
The position combines strong frontend engineering skills with product thinking, creativity, and a passion for AI-driven innovation.
You will own features end-to-end, collaborating closely with designers, product teams, and engineers to bring new interaction models to life.
This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced frontend engineer who wants to build impactful AI products in a fast-moving global environment.

Accountabilities:

As a Software Engineer specializing in frontend development for AI-powered agent experiences, you will help design and deliver interactive features across advanced web applications. You will contribute to the evolution of creative tools and user-facing experiences while ensuring scalability, performance, and excellent usability.

  • Ability to own frontend features from UI implementation through state management and application logic.
  • Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js to support end-to-end feature development.
  • Familiarity with real-time application patterns, including WebSockets or live collaboration experiences.
  • Strong product mindset with the ability to understand user needs and challenge solutions when necessary.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced, and international environment.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience developing AI-powered features, agent interfaces, or LLM-integrated products.
  • Experience monitoring and improving frontend performance using tools such as Datadog, Sentry, or Grafana.
  • Experience managing complex application state in large frontend systems.
  • Interest in emerging AI technologies and interactive user experiences.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary starting from EUR/GBP/CHF 130,000 base salary plus equity incentives.
  • Full-time employment opportunity with no contractor arrangements.
  • Remote work options across approved European locations.
  • Flexible working environment with ownership and autonomy.
  • 25 days of annual leave plus local public holidays.
  • Opportunity to work on innovative AI products with global impact.
