Job Title: Senior Front-End Software Engineer (React & Next.js) Overview We are seeking an experienced Front-End Software Engineer to design, develop, and maintain user-focused web applications. This role is responsible for building responsive, high-quality user interfaces, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering scalable front-end solutions using modern web technologies. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the front-end of web applications. Design and implement user interfaces that provide an intuitive user experience. Collaborate with customers to understand business requirements, user needs, and pain points. Design, develop, and deliver software solutions using modern front-end technologies and frameworks. Follow established architecture guidelines to ensure consistent development practices. Work closely with product owners, designers, back-end developers, and architects. Create wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for new features. Participate in UI design reviews and product demonstrations. Perform functional automated testing and UI testing to ensure software quality. Troubleshoot issues, fix bugs, and optimize application performance. Implement new technologies to improve development efficiency. Apply front-end best practices, including cross-browser compatibility, accessibility standards, and SEO principles. Develop responsive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, and Next.js while following enterprise design standards. Stay current with emerging front-end technologies and UI design trends. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree. 6+ years of overall IT experience. 4+ years of front-end software development experience. Strong experience with: JavaScript CSS React Next.js Minimum 6 months of experience using AI Copilot tools. Experience working with at least two programming languages, or advanced proficiency in one programming language. Experience with Playwright.
